Norwich City midfielder Robbie Brady insists that he is happy at Carrow Road despite talk of a summer move to Leicester City.

Robbie Brady has insisted that he is happy at Norwich City amid suggestions that the Republic of Ireland international wanted to return to the Premier League in the summer transfer window.

Brady, who impressed for his country at Euro 2016, was part of the Norwich team that were relegated to the Championship at the end of last season.

Leicester City were strongly linked with the 24-year-old in the summer, but it is understood that the two clubs could not agree a fee and Brady has claimed that he is 'not sulking' about the failed move.

"I think the fee was quite high that Norwich were after. But nothing came of it in the end so that sort of stuff is out of my hands. You always want to know what's going on, it's good when things are going on that involve yourself. You want to know," Brady told reporters.

"There's no sulking or any badness. It is what it is. I'm enjoying it, so it's all good. I've seen people [sulk] in the past but you need to get on with it, it's your job. You can only focus on the job you have in hand.

"I'll try to do my best wherever I am. I want to do as well as I can. As soon as [the transfer window] closed, that was the end of it. You can't dwell on it."

Brady started his professional career with Manchester United, but only made one League Cup appearance during his time at Old Trafford.
