Nottingham Forest manager Billy Davies was delighted with his side's display as they swept aside Bolton Wanderers at the City Ground to go top of the Championship.
Goals from Jamie Mackie, Andy Reid and Henri Lansbury ensures that Forest maintained their 100% record, and Davies was happy that the team came through a "big test".
"There is a fantastic spirit in the dressing room, we've got some real good characters in there. Today was perfect - three great goals and a clean sheet," he told Forest's official website.
Davies paid tribute to striker Jamie Mackie after he scored one and provided the assist for Henri Lansbury.
"Mackie's effort and attitude are top class," he added. "He gets people to love him because of his commitment and I'm pleased that he got the goal he deserved."
