Stuart Pearce has said that Nottingham Forest must find their nerve if they are to resurrect their Championship promotion campaign.
The Reds boss believes that his side lacked confidence and composure against Leeds United on Saturday, when the teams played out a 1-1 draw at the City Ground.
Pearce wants the Forest players to shake off their nervousness and have faith in their ability.
"The players are in the dressing room, they are very disappointed that we have not won a game. We have to address that nervousness and frustration that is in our play," he told the Nottingham Post.
"That is the missing ingredient that we need to solve at this moment in time. The endeavour of the players is commendable.
"We work harder than the opposition, we look stronger at the end of games than they do – we just need to be cuter in our play."
Forest travel to Middlesbrough on Boxing Day, before hosting Birmingham City on December 28.
