Oldham Athletic put three goals past Huddersfield Town to secure victory in their final pre-season friendly this afternoon.
After a cagey start, Oldham's James Wilson did well to feed James Dayton who gave his side the lead.
Jonson Clarke-Harris was then given the chance to double Oldham's advantage when he was brought down in the Huddersfield penalty area.
His effort was saved, but Liam Kelly was there to follow up and spare the striker's blushes.
After the break, Huddersfield's Nahki Wells poked a shot past Paul Rachubka to reduce the arrears.
Jonson Clarke-Harris then finally got his goal as he curled an effort into the top corner for his sixth strike of Oldham's pre-season campaign.
