RB Leipzig have knocked SC Paderborn out in the first round of the DFB-Pokal.
Following a cagey start to the game, Bundesliga side Paderborn stepped it up after the 20-minute mark, and their pressure was rewarded with the opening goal.
Suleyman Koc's long-range shot was too hot for Benjamin Bellot and found the bottom corner of the net.
The hosts, who play in the German second tier, equalised two minutes before half time when Anthony Jung curled a free kick into the corner.
Although both sides threatened to score a winner before the 90-minute mark, extra time was needed and it was hosts Leipzig that netted the all-important third goal.
Clemens Fandrich scored it from close range to knock out Paderborn and send Leipzig into the second round.
