Palermo captain Fabrizio Miccoli has returned to the starting lineup as they seek their first win of the season against Chievo.
Manager Gian Piero Gasperini is already under pressure at bottom club Palermo after losing his first two matches in charge.
Miccoli replaces Abel Hernandez in Gasperini's major change from the late midweek defeat at Pescara.
Chievo have also struggled so far this season, and will look to former West Ham United striker David Di Michele to fire them to victory against his old club.
