On-loan midfielder MacDonald Mariga has admitted that he will have to work to earn his place in the team after joining Parma for the third time in his career.
The Kenyan also thinks that Parma have the potential to be one of the better teams in Serie A.
I return to Parma and know that I have to work to earn my chance," Legaseriea.it quotes Mariga as saying. "The coach will decide if I play.
"I saw Parma as a team that could keep up with the strongest teams of the league. The [league standing] is already good and can get better. I have played little in the last months and am here to work on myself."
Mariga played for Parma between 2007 and 2010 and also signed on loan for part of last season.
