Parma have dismissed claims that they could sack manager Roberto Donadoni due to the team's poor run this season.
The Italian side currently sit at the bottom of the Serie A table thanks to 10 defeats from their opening 12 games of the campaign.
Despite enduring such a dismal start to the season, Parma administrator Pietro Leonardi is confident that Donadoni can help turn their fortunes around in the coming weeks.
"Sacking Donadoni? When there are good results it's everyone's merit and when there are dismal results it's everyone's demerit," he told the club's official website. "To blame one person would be a wicked action.
"If people say certain things we have to accept that we have made mistakes because we are last in the standings. I have spoken to the team and we are determined to turn things around. There is unity."
Parma are back in Serie A action on Sunday when they make the trip to Palermo.
