Substitute Matias Fernandez curled home an 85th-minute free kick to earn nine-man Fiorentina a point against Parma in Serie A this evening.
Both sides had half-chances early on before Parma broke the deadlock in the 39th minute through Antonio Cassano.
The Italian tucked home at the back post after Amauri drove to the byline and crossed for his strike partner.
The hosts had only been ahead for a couple of minutes when Juan Cuadrado side-footed home Alessandro Matri's cross from a tight angle to equalise.
Parma regained the lead five minutes after half time through Amauri's penalty after referee Andrea Gervasoni blew the whistle for Nenad Tomovic's high foot on Jonathan Biabiany inside the area.
Moments later Fiorentina's chances diminished further when Sunderland loanee Modibo Diakite was sent off for a second yellow card.
Parma had chances to pull further ahead but couldn't take them, and were punished when Fernandez dipped a 25-yard free kick into the far corner with five minutes on the clock.
Just before full time, both sides had a player sent off as Gianni Munari and Borja Valero were dismissed after coming to blows.
Despite the draw, Parma extend their unbeaten run to 13 games while Fiorentina miss out on the chance to close the gap on the top three.
