Parma have rescued a 1-1 draw with Lazio at home in Serie A as the match came to life in a frantic second half, with neither side able to force a late winner.
Lazio edged a first period with few chances as Keita looked bright in an advanced wide role, blasting straight at Antonio Mirante early on before Antonio Candreva smashed a free kick wide of the far post.
The visitors made their pressure count early in the second half and once again it was Keita who made the difference, breaking the deadlock with a smart run and finish to evade two Parma defenders.
After conceding Parma were quick to gain possession and control territory, with substitute Nicola Sansone heading over.
The hosts were rewarded for a positive response with the equaliser on 64 minutes, as captain Alessandro Lucarelli nodded home from close range.
Lazio were offered a chance to chase a late winner as Parma were reduced to 10 men following the sending-off of Alesandro Rosi, but Roberto Donadoni's men held firm to earn a deserved point.
