Perth Glory had to come from a goal behind to secure a 3-2 win over Western Sydney Warriors in the A-League this afternoon.
The hosts looked lively in the opening 10 minutes, but Sidnei and Mitchell Nichols both failed the get shots away early on.
Warriors started to see more of the ball though, and opened the scoring when Iacopo La Rocca chipped the ball in for Romeo Castelen to tap past Danny Vukovic.
Josh Risdon tried to set up Andy Keogh for an equaliser before the break, but the striker's finish was punched clear by Ante Covic.
The keeper had to be alert again just before half time when Chris Harold tried to turn in a Sidnei delivery, but Covic was ready again to keep the visitors in front.
Perth continued to press early in the second half and found the equaliser 10 minutes into the second period when Richard Garcia headed the ball on for Sidnei to fire in from close range.
Western Sydney were soon back on the attack as they tried to regain the lead, but Castelen managed to miss despite being left open just a yard out.
Perth punished the miss just a couple of minutes later as Rostyn Griffiths gave the hosts the lead for the first time, nodding it past Covic after Scott Jamieson played it in.
A mistake soon let the visitors get back on level terms though as Kerem Bulut was left unmarked, leaving him to fire into an open net after rounding the keeper.
Perth pressed hard for a late winner, but Keogh's effort from a Jamieson cross was cleared, while a Sidnei delivery moments later also failed to find its target.
It looked like the match was heading for a draw until Risdon popped up to score his first league goal for Glory, rifling the ball into the top corner from 25 yards out.
