Portland Timbers' awful season continued as they were thrashed by fellow Western Conference strugglers FC Dallas in Texas.
The hosts took the lead in fortunate circumstances on 16 minutes, as Hanyer Luis Mosquera Cordoba put through his own net.
Dallas were in total command 10 minutes later when Andrew Jacobson poked home from Zach Loyd's pass.
Portland survived the remainder of the first-half without going further behind, however Jackson then scored a beauty from long range straight after the restart.
Ruben Luna and Scott Sealy completed the scoring.
Portland have yet to win in 10 attempts on the road this season.
