A statement on Al Ahli's official website has revealed that Vitor Pereira has taken charge of the Saudi Arabian side.
The 44-year-old, who won two league titles in two years for Porto, will officially join the club on June 27 ahead of their pre-season campaign.
According to Goal.com, the Portuguese will also take three assistants from Porto to his new club, who finished fifth in the Saudi Pro League last season.
Pereira took over at Porto from Andre Villas-Boas in 2011.
