Simon Grayson has agreed to become the new manager of League One side Preston North End.
The 43-year-old, who was recently sacked by Championship outfit Huddersfield Town, has signed a contract that will begin immediately.
As well as Grayson, Glynn Snodin will also join the coaching staff at Deepdale. It has also been confirmed that interim manager John Dreyer will be staying on to work alongside the new boss.
Preston had been without a manager since Graham Westley left by mutual consent last week.
