Preston North End boss Simon Grayson has claimed that his side were unlucky not to have taken a point from their Championship clash against Hull City.
The Merseysiders carved out opportunities at the KC Stadium, but failed to breach Allan McGregor's net as strikes from Abel Hernandez and Curtis Davies fired Steve Bruce's men to the three points.
Grayson told BBC Sport: "Michael Dawson is man of the match so it tells you they have been tested.
"Dawson and Davies have played in the Premier League for many years so you can see how good their players are.
"We know where we need to strengthen, so we will see if we can do anything."
Preston are 17th in the Championship after five matches this season.
