Paris Saint-Germain defender Maxwell has insisted that his team will not underestimate Shakhtar Donetsk when the pair meet in the group stages of the Champions League on Wednesday.
PSG opened their Group A campaign with a comfortable 2-0 win over Malmo, while Shakhtar were hammered 4-0 at Real Madrid.
Maxwell, however, has paid tribute to the strength of the Ukrainian side's attack and has said that PSG will need to respect their threat.
"Shakhtar have some very strong attacking players. We have made some mistakes, but we are satisfied with our season so far," Maxwell told reporters.
PSG will enter the European match off the back of a 4-1 win over Nantes in Ligue 1 at the weekend.
