Paris Saint-Germain begin their Champions League journey with a home tie against Ukranian outfit Dynamo Kiev on Tuesday.
The big-spending French club qualified for the group stages of the Champions League after finishing second in Ligue 1 last season, making it their first appearance in the group stages since the 2004-05 season.
Kiev qualified for the group stages by overcoming Borussia Monchengladbach 4-3 on aggregate in the early stages of the competition. Meanwhile, they have won just two of their last 28 games away from home in the Champions League.
The home side have not fared much better in recent seasons, however, with Les Parisiens winning just two of their last 13 Champions League games, although times have changed with new owners in tandem.
PSG will have Brazilian defender Thiago Silva available for the first time, while Ezequiel Lavezzi should also start after missing the past three weeks. Marco Verratti could also start in the middle of midfield, with Zlatan Ibrahimovic leading the line.
Kiev, meanwhile, are expected to have Andriy Yarmolenko and Denys Garmash back from injury, while former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Niko Kranjcar should also start in midfield.
