Laurent Blanc has praised his players for their response to Gregory van der Wiel's red card in the 3-0 victory over Bordeaux on Saturday.
The Dutch defender's dismissal was cancelled out when Bordeaux's Andre Biyogo Poko received a red card of his own later in the first half, but Blanc believes that playing with 10 men had a positive impact on PSG.
"When you find yourself down to 10 it becomes complicated, especially when you've played a Champions League match in the week with a return at 6 o'clock in the morning," the PSG boss told reporters. "But actually, the sending off gave additional motivation to the team.
"But I think we would have also shown [extra desire] with 11. I would have liked to see this match with 11 against 11."
Defending champions PSG have not been beaten in any of their 11 Ligue 1 games this season.
