Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Blaise Matuidi has admitted that beating Marseille will be worth more than just three points.
Les Parisiens go into the weekend four points clear at the top, while Marseille are looking to end a three-game winless streak when they travel to the Parc des Princes on Sunday.
However, Matuidi has warned Marseille that the champions will be ready for the game.
He told the club's official website: "It's a special match, separate from the rest of the season. It may only be worth three points, but it's also worth more than that.
"We all know it. When you sign for Paris, people always talk to you about the Classico. It's a special match. We will be there, ready, like we always have been in recent seasons."
Les Rouges et Bleu maintained their perfect start in the Champions League with a 3-0 win over Shakhtar Donetsk on Wednesday.
