Paris Saint-Germain will sell midfielder Marco Verratti in the summer and use the funds to finance the purchase of Newcastle United talisman Moussa Sissoko, according to reports.
The French giants allegedly tried to sign the 25-year-old in the January transfer window, but are aware that they need to abide by UEFA's Financial Fair Play regulations.
According to the Daily Express, PSG are confident that one of Europe's elite clubs will purchase Verratti for a fee in the region of £40m, which will then enable them to make a £16m bid for Sissoko.
The French international joined Newcastle in 2013 and has also been linked with Premier League rivals Arsenal.
