The home side took the lead at the Philips Stadion through Luuk de Jong on 21 minutes, before Jetro Willems extended their advantage shortly before the half time.

PSV secured the result with two goals in as many minutes after the break as Jeffrey Bruma netted on 78 minutes, and Adam Maher put the gloss on the scoreline almost immediately.

The result keeps PSV top of the division with 15 points from five games.
