PSV Eindhoven striker Ola Toivonen has admitted that he wants to leave the Dutch club.
However, the 27-year-old, who has been linked with Newcastle United, has claimed that he would be prepared to sign a new deal in order to raise his transfer value.
"It looks good, it expires in June," Toivonen told Fotbollskanalen.se.
"We have had a meeting with the club and I told them how I feel. It was an open and honest talk.
"I want to find a new club. But PSV also want that I sign and help the club. The dream would be to move in January, then PSV also get money."
The Sweden international arrived at PSV from Malmo in 2009, but his current deal expires at the end of the season.
