Good morning! Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp will be speaking to the media shortly as he prepares his side to face Stoke City in the Premier League this weekend.

QPR have been in a bit of a slump in recent weeks, losing their last three matches in all competitions. They're also without a win in their last five league outings, a run which has dropped the team back into the relegation zone.

Redknapp is likely to be asked about his side's away form this morning. The Hoops have lost all 10 of their fixtures away from Loftus Road so far this season.

Another matter that Redknapp will surely be asked about today is the imminent closing of the transfer window. QPR lost Jordan Mutch to London rivals Crystal Palace yesterday, and the manager is known for completing deals late in the window. Could this mean there will be some new arrivals before Monday's deadline?

There's potential for QPR to pick up some points during February. After this weekend's match, Redknapp's side will host Southampton before facing Sunderland and Hull City away. While they have struggled on their travels this season, those last two fixtures will surely be must-win for Redknapp's side if they want to avoid the drop back to the Championship.

Redknapp starts by revealing his side's training plans for the day, which involve a trip to the FA's training ground: "We're going to train up at St George's Park today and we'll stay there tonight."

On his side's fitness, Redknapp reveals: "Yun has trained this week and could be available. [Richard Dunne] is fit as well, but Sandro is a week away still."

Redknapp is asked about this weekend's opponents, who will be missing summer signing Bojan Krkic with an ACL injury. The manager responds: "Bojan's injury will be a blow for them, it's a shame for him, he's been ever so good for Stoke. Mark Hughes has done a good job, he's done every so well after taking over from Tony Pulis. Stoke are a strong outfit, I don't see them being in any trouble at all this season."

Attention moves on to the transfer window, but Redknapp admits that business is proving tricky at the minute: "We had a good money-back offer from Crystal Palace [for Jordan Mutch] and decided to go ahead. He didn't really get up and running here. We're struggling to get anyone in at the moment, it's a really difficult time to do business. We can't be letting too many go without strengthening. We need to build on what we've got, not weaken the squad. We've not had any offers for Taarabt or Shaun Wright-Phillips. The Leroy Fer stuff is a load of rubbish, he's not going anywhere!"

However, Redknapp hasn't given up hope of sealing some loan signings before Monday's deadline: "We want a couple of loans, if we can find them, them we will get them over the line. We're not close on anyone though. Tony Fernandes and Les [Ferdinand] are working really hard with me to try and get a couple of deals done, it's hard though."

Despite the side having last weekend off, Redknapp insists that there hasn't been that much resting: "This is another hard game, we know how important it is to get points on the road and that's the aim this weekend. I haven't had a break, I've been busy during the last two weeks. I didn't want it to go to the last day, but it's hard. The players have worked hard and we're in good shape. We all know the importance of the games coming up."

QPR lost 2-0 to Man Utd before having the week off, and he hopes that his side will improve this week: "I thought we played well against Man United, but we've got to improve again on that and go again up at Stoke. We know what to expect of Stoke, the fans get right behind them. We've got to pick up points away from home soon. We've changed little bits about our preparation this week, but it's about the players doing their jobs tomorrow."
