Queens Park Rangers midfielder Joey Barton has hit out at a group of supporters who booed the team following a goalless draw with Crystal Palace on Sunday.
Harry Redknapp's side have not suffered defeat in their last six home matches at Loftus Road, but they are yet to pick up a point away from home.
After Sunday's match, Barton addressed the disgruntled fans by tweeting: "I'm not criticising the 99.9% of our fans. They have made the difference in all key games this calendar year, especially at Wembley.
"Just pointing out the feeling of surprise raised by a few including me in the dressing room. We stick together. We ALL stay positive.
"Any 'supporter' that goes to a game and boo's has that right. I believe it helps nobody and undermines the definition of 'supporter'. I will from now on in only be concerning myself with 'genuine football supporters'. If you are a 'consumer' or 'customer', drop me out."
QPR are currently two points above the relegation zone in the Premier League table.
