Queens Park Rangers midfielder Ravel Morrison has been included on the shortlist for March's Championship Player of the Month award.

Despite being on the losing side twice in March, Morrison produced a string of impressive displays to score five goals for the promotion hopefuls and continue to justify Harry Redknapp's decision to sign him on loan from West Ham United.

Watford striker Troy Deeney earns a nomination following a run of form which has seen him find the net six times in as many matches for Giuseppe Sannino's side.

Ipswich Town, currently eighth in the table, were helped in March by the performances of defender Christophe Berra, who scored winners against both Yeovil Town and Derby County while also playing a key role in keeping three clean sheets.

Full-back Simon Francis is included on the shortlist for his form in a month which saw Bournemouth keep five clean sheets, but he has also earned praise for his attacking displays after providing three assists in the 4-1 win over Leeds United.
