Queens Park Rangers owner Tony Fernandes has insisted that Harry Redknapp is ready to lead the club in the Championship next season.
Following the team's relegation from the Premier League, some reports had suggested that Redknapp was prepared to walk away from his job.
However, having recently met with the 66-year-old, Fernandes has described the veteran boss as "pumped" for the new campaign.
"Harry is a top manager. Always speculation. But he's pumped as I am. Build a new team with the right attitude. Can't wait for August 5," he wrote on the social networking site Twitter.
Redknapp took charge of the R's in November last year.
