Queens Park Rangers have appointed Glyn Hodges as their new head of coaching and coach education.
Hodges will once again team up with QPR manager Mark Hughes, having previously worked with him at Blackburn, Manchester City and Fulham, as well as playing with him for Wales.
The 49-year-old will oversee QPR's revamped youth and development structure, as well as the coaching structure at reserve and academy levels.
"This is another key appointment for the club," technical director Mike Rigg told the club's official website.
"We are building for the future, as well as the present at QPR, and Glyn's arrival further strengthens what we are trying to achieve here.
"He is a vastly-experienced coach, who knows the manager and his backroom staff, so we are all delighted to have him on board."
QPR, who narrowly avoided relegation last season, will open up their new Premier League campaign at home to Swansea on August 18.
