Queens Park Rangers boss Harry Redknapp has demanded a response from his players following Saturday's 4-0 defeat against Everton in the FA Cup.
The R's were comfortably beaten at Goodison Park in their third-round tie.
Redknapp now wants his team to get back to winning ways as they continue their Championship campaign this weekend at Ipswich Town.
"We've got to regroup now and work hard. We've got to pick ourselves up," Sky Sports News quotes him as saying. "We've got a tough game at Ipswich next weekend and we need to be ready.
"The league is all important for us. All we're focused on now is getting out of this division. That's been our goal all season long and we're in with a real shot."
QPR travel to Portman Road to face Ipswich on Saturday.
