Harry Redknapp has confirmed that Loic Remy and Adel Taarabt are both part of Queens Park Rangers' squad for their upcoming pre-season friendlies in Ireland.
The French striker underwent a medical with Liverpool last month, but his move to Anfield fell through, while Taarabt spent last season on loan with AC Milan.
The manager told the club's website: "Loic is coming out on Sunday night to join us for training on Monday, so it will be good to have him with us.
"Adel is training with us, and we are working hard to get him fit for the start of the season. He has had a few little niggles but he trained this morning and he will certainly play a part in one of the games while we are here. He is with us and ready.
"At this moment he is part of our plans for the season, unless someone comes in and pays the money that the club want. Otherwise, he will stay with us and we'll be looking to get him to do his bit for the club this season."
QPR will play Shamrock Rovers and Athlone Town while in Ireland.
