Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp has warned his side that they cannot continue to make individual errors after they lost 3-1 at Stoke City.
A hat-trick from Jonathan Walters gave the Potters victory at the Britannia Stadium on Saturday, and Redknapp has slammed the mistakes which cost his team.
He told BBC Sport: "People look and the score is 3-1, and say it was convincing - how we got beaten I don't know.
"We started well, and suddenly we lose the ball under no pressure and find ourselves 2-0 down, we certainly didn't deserve to be. We just battered them in the second half, but just couldn't score.
"All three goals conceded were individual errors. Credit to Walters but he won't get an easier hat-trick. We can't keep making individual errors like that."
QPR sit 19th in the Premier League table and are still yet to pick up an away point this season.
