Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp has said that he feels his side were unfortunate to lose 1-0 away to Leicester City in the Championship this afternoon.
The London club are yet to guarantee a playoff position after they lost out to David Nugent's second-half goal at the King Power Stadium.
"I thought we played well, I didn't think we deserved to lose today," he told Sky Sports News after the game.
"I thought again our general play was excellent. I thought we created good chances so I thought we were very unfortunate to come off on the wrong end of the result.
"It was a poor goal, poor defending. Your first basics as a defender, you don't let people run behind you, you don't let people play balls behind you, so it wasn't a good goal. And we had some good opportunities really that we didn't take."
QPR currently occupy fourth position in the Championship table.
