Queens Park Rangers are weighing up an approach for Wolverhampton Wanderers manager Kenny Jackett, according to a report.

The R's have been without a manager since they sacked Chris Ramsey earlier in the month, with Neil Warnock placed in temporary charge of the team.

QPR are determined to appoint a permanent successor to Ramsey to lead them back into the Premier League and have also lined up a move for Burton Albion boss Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink.

However, Jackett is also being considered for the position, with the club's hierarchy expected to make an announcement on a new manager before Thursday, reports West London Sport.

QPR are 12th in the Championship following their win over Leeds United on Saturday.
