Neil Warnock has told his Queens Park Rangers players that they must be prepared to "scrap for some points" over the Christmas period.
Rangers are currently 15th in the Premier League table, just three points above the relegation zone. Tomorrow they host Sunderland at Loftus Road and Warnock has stressed the importance of securing three points. "We've got to get back to basics," Warnock told the club's official website. "We've got to try to get points on the board. "I know you're always looking over your shoulder, but a win would take us into the top half. It's that close. "We've played some tough games of late and we've got to scrap for some points now." Warnock took over QPR in March 2010.
