Shaun Wright-Phillips has praised the influence that Harry Redknapp has made on the Queens Park Rangers squad.
Redknapp has guided the bottom-placed R's to three draws since he took over at the club last month.
"Harry is great at making you believe in all your capabilities," Wright-Phillips told The Telegraph. "He gets you back to what put you on the pitch in the first place.
"He always reminds you of how good you are and the player you are. He lets me know the abilities I have."
QPR welcome London neighbours Fulham to Loftus Road in the league on Saturday afternoon.
