Queens Park Rangers goalkeeper Robert Green has praised manager Harry Redknapp for giving the team belief that they can stay in the Premier League.
Two consecutive wins have seen bottom-placed Rangers lift themselves to within four points of safety in recent weeks.
"He gives people belief," Green told The Telegraph. "The number of times he's told us: 'You are good players.' You hear it enough times and you believe it.
"It's getting to the point of the season where it's **** or bust but we are catching up."
QPR travel to fellow strugglers Aston Villa in the league later today.
