Djibril Cisse scored both goals as Rangers came from behind twice in their final friendly of pre-season.
A mix-up between goalkeeper Roberto Green and Anton Ferdinand caused the defender to head into his own net, after Green had earlier given away a penalty.
QPR begin their Premier League campaign at home to Swansea on August 18.
