Steven Caulker has completed his move from Cardiff City to Queens Park Rangers for an undisclosed fee.
The defender has arrived at Loftus Road on a four-year deal for what is believed to be a fee of around £8m.
Caulker, 22, joined Cardiff from Tottenham Hotspur last summer for a club-record £8.5m.
The centre-back, who has one England cap to his name, previously worked under current QPR boss Harry Redknapp at White Hart Lane.
"I am very excited to be here," Caulker told the club's official website. "It was important for me to be back playing in the Premier League, and Harry Redknapp has given me the opportunity to be at this fantastic club."
Caulker is due to fly out to Germany in the coming days to join his new teammates on their pre-season tour.
