Joey Barton has joined Queens Park Rangers on a free transfer from Newcastle United.
The central midfielder has agreed a four-year deal with Rangers, according to Sky Sports News.
The 28-year-old said on Twitter last night that he needed time to consider his future but was seen entering Loftus Road earlier this hour, fuelling speculation that a move was imminent.
Barton could soon be joined at the club by Shaun Wright-Phillips and Luke Young, both of whom are currently in talks with the club.
