Harry Redknapp has confirmed that he is seeking to sign a new striker on loan.
The Queens Park Rangers manager saw his team draw 0-0 with Brighton & Hove Albion tonight, although the point did send the Rs back to the top of the Championship.
Nevertheless, Redknapp says that he is keen to bolster his attacking options after Bobby Zamora was sidelined until Christmas and Andy Johnson picked up an injury.
"I thought we did well as we've only got one striker," Sky Sports News quotes him as saying.
"Bobby Zamora's had an operation and Andy Johnson is out so we are still short up front. I need more options really.
"We need someone. But what you find at this time of year is it's not easy to find someone decent."
QPR have scored seven times this season and are unbeaten in the league.
