Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp has reportedly travelled to France to watch Loic Remy in action this afternoon.
Redknapp's interest in the 26-year-old is thought to date back to his time as boss of Tottenham Hotspur.
Recent reports have linked Redknapp with making an offer for the Marseille striker, who is said to be open to the notion of a switch to the Premier League, according to Sky Sports News.
However, speculation has also claimed that QPR will face competition from Newcastle United for the striker's signature.
Remy was due to feature in the Coupe de France against Guingamp today.
