Richard Dunne has revealed that he is looking to stay at Queens Park Rangers next season, but is unsure over his future.
The Republic of Ireland international was part of the R's side that was relegated to the Championship after finishing bottom of the Premier League.
However, Dunne has suggested that he is keen to stay with the Hoops as they try to achieve promotion back to the top flight at the first attempt.
Dunne is quoted by the Daily Mail as saying: "I'm not sure about my future. Hopefully I can play again next season but will have a rest now.
"I need some time off, it's been a disappointing season in terms of where we finished. But now the season is over hopefully I can come back fresh.
"If I'm at QPR it will be great, that's the aim and if we can come back up but at the moment I will just see how things go over the summer."
QPR finished their Premier League campaign with a 5-1 defeat at Leicester City.
