Scottish Third Division league-leaders Rangers looked to maintain their 12-point lead at the top of the table when they travelled to Queen's Park for the oldest derby in world football.
The Gers had won their last nine consecutive games in the division, and came off the back of a 3-0 win over Clyde.
Ten-man Queen's held out until the 92nd minute, before Fraser Aird broke their hearts to make it ten wins from ten for Rangers.
Read how it all unfolded in our minute-by minute live commentary below.
Hello and welcome to Sports Mole's live coverage of Queen's Park versus Rangers from Hampden Park in the Scottish Third Division.
Rangers currently sit 12 points clear at the top of the league, and can maintain that advantage with a win over third-placed Queen's Park.
Queen's Park do have two games in hand over second-placed Elgin, so they will be keen to defeat Rangers in what is billed at the oldest derby in world football.

And we're off...
It's a slippy surface at Hampden Park, so expected a lot of zippy passes on a soggy field.
A lot of noise being generated from Hampden Park in a battle between two sets of passionate Glaswegian fans.
Queen's Park have had a lot of the ball in these early opening stages, but no chances yet, teams just getting to grips with the surface.
Ian Black looks for Robbie Crawford with a long ball from the centre of the park but the ball is shielded out by Ricky Little for a goalkick.
Rangers now have their turn in possession as they begin to zip some passes about.
And as I say that, Queen's Park now have the ball back.
There were fewer than 5,000 fans at Hampden Park for their last match, it's a massively different tale this time.
Free kick for Rangers, 30 yards out. They opt for a ball into the box and it is cleared away.
Templeton bundled over by Gallagher, and Rangers have another free kick.
McCulloch lines it up from 30 yards but blasts his effort straight into the wall.
Rangers opting for aerial balls rather than passes along the deck so far here, but the home side are doing a good job when it comes to interceptions.
The last five minutes has entirely been played in the Queen's Park half.
However, Queen's have a free-kick after a handball by Robbie Crawford.
The ball is on the left corner of the area, and Ian Watt fancies a pop at goal but it is high, over and a real waste.
Lewis Macleod earlier wrote on Twitter: "gutted I can't play today, not injured tho, got a virus! hope it's nothin too serious! bed bound for a couple days, all the best today lads!"
Nice spell from Rangers here but nothing in the way of chances.
Corner from the left for the Gers.
They opt for the short ball and attempt a number of balls into a busy penalty area but Queen's deal with every effort.
CHANCE! The ball breaks down the middle for Queen's and David Anderson shots low from the left-hand side of the 'D', but his effort drags wide of the far post.
Neither keeper has really been tested so far here at Hampden, still waiting for a clear chance.
Former Ger Peter Lovenkrands on Twitter: "Sitting watching the #rfc game"
CHANCE! Closest chance of the game so far and it falls to Rangers. Barrie McKay blitzes Paul McGinn down the left before pulling back a low cross to edge of the box, but David Templeton takes a touch before firing his effort over the bar. Should have done a lot better there.
Templeton plays in McCulloch who goes down in the box under a challenge from Queen's keeper Neil Parry, but the offside flag had already gone up.
And after a period of lying flat out on the deck, the Gers skipper is back to his feet.
David Anderson is left hobbling after a late challenge from Templeton.
YELLOW CARD: Ian Black goes into the book after a nasty challenge from behind on Paul Gallagher. It was late, and he will now be banned for Rangers' next match as that is his sixth caution of the season.
Can't have any complaints though Ian Black, fully deserved it.
The resultant free kick from the left of the box is floated into the box but cleared away by the visitors.
Few heavy challenges flying in at Hampden, the tempo has been upped.
Barrie McKay darts down the left and floats a ball to the far side of the box, but James Brough's header takes the ball away from McCulloch.
Templeton gets clattered by Ian Watt after a heavy first touch leaves him exposed to a lunge from the Queen's man. No card shown somehow.
CHANCE! Robbie Crawford flicks a header from 12 yards out just wide of Parry's goal after McCulloch kept the ball in play for Black to deliver.
CHANCE! McKay again causing problems, as he sprints down the left and chips in a cross, which forces Neil Parry to race out and bat away to safety.
A lot of noise now at Hampden, the game has finally arrived.
Rangers are hovering on the edge of the Queen's Park boss, but no chance yet.
CHANCE! Rangers finding it hard to break down Queen's but have a shot when Black moves from the left of the box, but his effort from 20 yards out is weak and goes wide of the near post.
David Templeton nearly fathoms a chance when he dribbles past the majority of the Queen's defence, by Ricky Little tracks back to clear the danger before he can get a shot away.
Not long until half time now. Can either side find an opener before the break?
YELLOW CARD: James Brough goes into the book for a late challenge on David Templeton.
HALF-TIME Queen's Park 0-0 Rangers
Gardner Speirs tells Sky Sports News: "We're happy with that at the break, we've had a lot of the ball and can maybe trouble Rangers after the break."
So even stevens at half time at Hampden Park and we still await the first goal of the game.
Rangers had a few chances through McCulloch and Black but that was about it, Crawford went close with a header and Templeton blazed over with the best chance of the game.
Neil Alexander has yet to really be tested by Queen's Park, in a game in which Barrie McKay has been the star man so far.
To be fair, Queen's Park have worked hard to defend and keep Rangers at bay in the first 45 and have occasionally threatened as well.
Just a few minutes til the second half begins. Are there going to be any goals in this match?
We're back underway...
Just under 29,000 at Hampden Park today for a Scottish Third Division match. Staggering.
YELLOW CARD It's an early booking in the second half for Kyle Hutton for a needless foul on David Anderson. Both challenge for the ball but Hutton is far too late and slams into the Queen's Park man.
So Rangers centre-midfield pairing is on a yellow card, with both Black and Hutton on a caution.
So what do you guys make of the game so far? Tweet me at @FindingCotton and I'll mention the good ones on air.
CHANCE! First effort of the half and it is from Lee McCulloch. Rangers work the ball from the centre to the right, and McKay lays off the skipper who tires an audacious chip from the edge of the box but it lands on the roof of the net.
Rangers with all the possession here at the moment.
CHANCE! It's a great save from Neil Parry, as Rangers again move through the middle before Barrie McKay hammers an effort towards the top corner, but Parry stretches out a palm to put the ball behind for a corner.
The corner leads to nothing, and Queen's have the ball back.
In terms of possession so far, it's 50% each way.
RED CARD! James Brough
Queen's are reduced to 10 men as centre-back is shown a second yellow card. David Templeton brings the ball under control before enduring a late challenge from Brough, who is duly given his marching orders.
Is this the break that Rangers needed? Tweet me at @FindingCotton on Twitter and have your say.
Rangers have had a lot of the ball since Brough was sent off, not created any chances as of late though.
Queen's Park have a free kick in a good position here as Chris Hegarty gives away the foul.
The ball into the box is caught by Alexander and the danger is cleared.
YELLOW CARD: David Anderson is the latest player to go into the referee's notebook as he is late to a challenge with Ian Black.
SUBSTITUTION: Rangers make their first change of the match as Ian Black, who is on a yellow card, is replaced by Fraiser Aird.
CHANCE! Real chance for Rangers as Lee Wallace somehow finds his way in the Queen's box, but his shot is saved by the onrushing Parry.
Following the introduction of Fraser Aird, who takes up his position on the left wing, Barrie McKay moves to the right.
Queen's have their first corner of the match, they trail that stat 4-1.
It doesn't beat the first man, and is cleared.
YELLOW CARD: Lawrence Shankland is shown a yellow for diving, as Rangers resume play with a free-kick inside their own half.
Andy Little on Twitter: "COME ON LADS!!!!"
SUBSTITUTION: Rangers introduce Francisco Sandaza in place of Kyle Hutton.
Aidan Connolly is waiting to be introduced for Queen's Park.
Queen's have a corner from the right.
It comes to nothing though as Rangers pressure well before clearing the danger.
SUBSTITUTION First change for Queen's Park as Aidan Connolly comes on in place of Ian Watt.
CHANCE! Rangers nearly find a breakthrough as Templeton runs onto a ball from the right, before trying to lift it over Parry but the effort is saved by the keeper.
Still goalless, will there be a goal at Hampden Park?
CHANCE! Sandaza drifts in from the left before trying his luck from the edge of the box. The effort is deflected into the side netting by Ricky Little.
CHANCE! It's a real chance as Queen's Park break from a Rangers corner. It's two on one in the favour of the home team. Connolly squares the ball to Shankland, but the latter hits a weak shot into the arms of Alexander. Should have done far better, that was perhaps the chance for Queen's.
We have got just ten minutes of normal time left to play, and Queen's Park have really done themselves proud here so far at Hampden Park.
Rangers have a free kick where they can whip a ball into the box, but it is poor and cleared away.
Lee Wallace chops down Connolly, and Queen's have a free kick from the left corner of the box.
Shankland opts to go for goal, and he curls it just wide of the far post. It was close though, and nearly caught Alexander off guard.
CHANCE! Barrie McKay slots in Sandaza, who takes a touch in the box before side-footing his shot into the side netting.
Contrary to earlier reports, the attendance at Hampden Park today is 30,117.
CHANCE! McKay crosses early from a corner, and Lee McCulloch meets the ball with a bullet header, but it flies narrowly over the bar.
YELLOW CARD: There is a bit of confusion going around at Hampden Park, as Connolly is shown a yellow despite the fact that Andrew Robertson battered his man... Strange one.
SUBSTITUTION: Change for Queen's Park as Lawrence Shankland comes off, and Tony McParland comes on.
Time is up, we're waiting for added time.
And there are three minutes left to play here at Hampden Park.
GOAL! Queen's Park 0-1 Rangers (Fraser Aird)
Rangers look as if they are going to make it ten wins from ten, as Fraser Aird picks up the loose ball from an overhit corner. He moves the ball to the centre, before smashing the ball into the bottom far corner to breaks Queen's Park hearts.
Rangers look as if they are going to make it ten wins from ten, as Fraser Aird picks up the loose ball from an overhit corner. He moves the ball to the centre, before smashing the ball into the bottom far corner to breaks Queen's Park hearts.
FULL-TIME Queen's Park 0-1 Rangers
So close yet so far for Queen's Park, but to be fair Rangers deserved the win. The home side defended heroically for 92 minutes, before Aird's shot crept into the bottom corner.
The win moves Rangers 15 points clear at the top of the Scottish Third Division, Queen's Park stay third for now.
