Rangers finally found a way past 10-man Queen's Park in stoppage time to secure three important points at Hampden Park this afternoon.
The hosts were reduced to 10 men soon after the interval at Hampden Park when James Brough got a second yellow card for a late challenge on David Templeton.
Lee Wallace came close to breaking the deadlock, but his shot was well saved by Neil Parry.
Templeton was also denied by Parry as Rangers piled on the pressure in the closing stages.
Ally McCoist threw on Francisco Sandaza in the final few minutes and his introduction helped break Park's stubborn resistance.
Fraiser Aird made the decisive breakthrough, smashing into the bottom corner two minutes into stoppage time to secure a dramatic victory.
