Rangers have confirmed that they have suspended directors Derek Llambias, Barry Leach and Sandy Easdale pending an investigation.
The troubled Scottish club is currently in the process of removing the trio from their roles at Ibrox Stadium.
Llambias and Leach were both voted off the board at Friday's extraordinary general meeting.
"Acting chairman Paul Murray, fellow directors Douglas Park and John Gilligan, and the club's head of football administration Andrew Dickson have been appointed to the board of the company," read an official statement.
A consortium led by Dave King recently seized control of the club, and the South Africa-based businessman has taken little time in reshaping the structure of Rangers.
