Managerless Bristol City will be looking to put an end to their six-match losing run in all competitions when they welcome Barnsley to Ashton Gate in Saturday's Championship clash.
The Robins lost 2-0 to Reading in midweek and enter this game three points behind Barnsley, who have won back-to-back matches.

Cardiff City will be looking to maintain their winning run under Mick McCarthy when they host out-of-form Preston North End on Saturday afternoon.
The Bluebirds have won four and drawn two since McCarthy replaced Neil Harris last month, while Preston have lost three of their last four.

Preston may have alternated between defeat and victory in their last six away league games, but only Norwich City (nine) have won more times on their travels this term than North End's eight.
However, Cardiff have taken more points than any other side since January 27 and have won back-to-back league meetings with Preston, so we can see them coming out on top in this one.

Swansea City take on Huddersfield Town on Saturday afternoon knowing that victory could move the club into second place in the Championship standings.
While the Welsh side have put together a nine-match unbeaten streak in the second tier, their opponents have failed to win any of their last eight league fixtures.

At a time when the Lions are attempting to remain in the playoff picture, Wycombe are 10 points adrift of safety after losing three of their last four games.

Norwich City will be hoping to further extend their lead at the top of the Championship on Saturday when they host struggling Rotherham United.
The Canaries' win over Coventry City on Wednesday, combined with Brentford's defeat to Queens Park Rangers, means they now have a four-point advantage over the Bees in second place.

While Rotherham have improved over the course of the season, Norwich seem to be gathering momentum again and have to be placed as favourites for this game. Pukki and Buendia are both on form, and the Canaries will be hard to stop at Carrow Road.

Blackburn Rovers will be looking to halt their worst run of form this season when they travel to Nottingham Forest on Saturday.
Rovers were beaten 2-1 by Barnsley on Wednesday – their third successive defeat – and they now sit 12th in the Championship table, while Forest occupy 18th position.

While both clubs suffered defeats in midweek, Forest will have more confidence than a Blackburn side that find themselves stuck firmly in a rut; these two teams have not tended to score too many goals lately so we are backing a one-goal home win.

Queens Park Rangers will be aiming for another top-six scalp on Saturday when they host Bournemouth.
Rangers beat West London rivals Brentford on Wednesday to climb to 16th in the Championship, meaning a trip to Loftus Road will be far from easy for the sixth-placed Cherries.

Both teams are on strong runs of form so this is a tight one to call. A couple of months ago, Bournemouth would have been heavy favourites, but they should not underestimate QPR, particularly after the Hoops' win over Brentford, and we think that this fixture will end level.

Reading will be looking to cement their spot in the Championship playoff places when they host Middlesbrough on Saturday.
The Royals - absent from the top flight of English football since the 2012-13 campaign - are currently in fifth position, eight points ahead of Boro, who are chasing down the top six in eighth spot.

This is a key game for both teams' hopes for the rest of the season so it could be a tight and cagey affair in Berkshire. Wins on Tuesday will give the two sides confidence after recent dips in form, but we think it will be Reading that manage to snatch the three points.

The ninth-placed Potters sit five points clear of the visitors, who travel to Staffordshire on the back of three defeats in five games.

Stoke must find a way to use their late win in midweek to trigger an improved return in the final third. However, facing a Luton side who may be content with a share of the spoils, we expect a low-key encounter in the Potteries to end in a draw.
