Premier League side Reading have reportedly offered a contract to veteran striker Filippo Inzaghi.
The former Italian international is a free agent following his release from AC Milan at the end of the last campaign.
That has led to the 38-year-old receiving a number of lucrative offers from clubs in America and the Middle East, as well as reported interest from Championship side Watford.
However, Reading are said to be extremely keen to sign the centre-forward and will hand him a deal worth £1m to tempt him to the Madejski Stadium, according to Sky Sport 24.
Inzaghi scored 126 goals during his 11-year stint with the Rossoneri.
