Real Madrid's Angel di Maria arrives in Dortmund

Angel di Maria joins his Real Madrid teammates for their game against Borussia Dortmund after staying back in Spain for the birth of his child.

Real Madrid winger Angel di Maria has arrived in Germany for his side's Champions League semi-final first-leg tie against Borussia Dortmund tonight.

The Argentina international stayed back in Madrid to witness his child's birth and arrived in Dortmund a little earlier today.

The 25-year-old went straight to his team's hotel that is situated just 10 minutes from Dortmund's Signal Iduna Park which will host tonight's game.

Madrid failed to win either of their group stage games against Dortmund earlier this season.
