Real Madrid attacker James Rodriguez has vowed to "keep on working hard" as he bids to win the full support of his doubters at the Bernabeu.
The Colombian has been criticised for some under-par performances this season, but he scored his side's second in their 2-0 win over Roma in the second leg of their last-16 Champions League clash on Tuesday.
Following the match, the 24-year-old praised his manager Zinedine Zidane and also insisted that he will continue improving due to the "very demanding" nature of the Spanish outfit.
"Zidane takes care of every player and I have always tried to give my best. I try every day to grow more and to help the team so we can do well. I scored today but I'm going to keep on working hard every day, because Real Madrid is a very demanding club," James told UEFA.com.
James has only scored five La Liga goals for Real Madrid this season.
