Real Madrid manager Jose Mourinho has claimed that he would "love" to face former club Chelsea in the final of the Champions League.
The Blues managed to clinch a quarter-final spot in the elite competition after coming back from a 3-1 deficit against Napoli in the first leg to grab a 4-1 victory in extra time at Stamford Bridge last night.
Mourinho's Spanish side Real also reached the next stage of the tournament following a 4-1 win over CSKA Moscow at the Bernabeu.
"People can't understand how much I love Inter and Chelsea and how much I love the boys and how much I wish them well," Mourinho told Sky Sports News.
"I know, if I get them in the quarters, or semis, or final, they will be a great opponent. I am so happy for [Chelsea players], because they have incredible character. They have had a hard time, but now happiness is coming."
When asked if he would like to play the former Premier League champions in the final, he said: "I would love [it]."
The Portuguese coach has been linked with a move back to Stamford Bridge following Andre Villas-Boas's dismissal a fortnight ago.
