Cristiano Ronaldo will be "80%" fit for Real Madrid's Champions League semi-final second leg against Manchester City next week, according to the attacker's mother.
The Portuguese missed the first leg at the Etihad on Tuesday night, which finished 0-0, with a thigh problem and Los Blancos boss Zinedine Zidane admitted after the match that he could not guarantee the 31-year-old's fitness for the return game in Madrid.
According to Dolores Aveiro, her son will not be fully fit for the clash at the Bernabeu, but has hinted that the Champions League leading scorer will return to action.
"He is not 100%, but I think he will be 80% next week," Dolores Aveiro told reporters while promoting her autobiography.
Ronaldo, who is expected to miss the La Liga trip to Real Sociedad this weekend, has scored 47 times in 44 appearances for Real Madrid this season, including 16 in the Champions League.
